Healthy Tip #2: Meet Itrain

If you think you're getting a good workout reading US Weekly while using the ellipitcal, you are kidding yourself. My sister turned me onto itrain.com years ago and with all honesty, I can say it has made me faster and fitter.

Itrain.com is like being able to have a personal trainer or starting your favorite workout class whenever you want. They offer everything from yoga to spinning and you just download it to you ipod, so easy! My favorite workouts are the iclimb, for the elliptical, or the itread for the treadmill. When I really want to kick my butt, I do the itri, which is a 15 minute run, 15 minute elliptical, 15 minute bike, and a 15 run, seriously calorie burner! Once you download a workout it's yours to keep so you'll have plenty of different options at the gym to keep you entertained.
